Please plan to take the class barefoot or in socks. Bring your own yoga mat!
Please note that if you sign up for this class as-is and cannot make it to class, you forfeit the class credit, even if you early cancel.
If you would prefer a more flexible payment option, including the opportunity to take classes in other styles or make up a class, purchase one of our punchcards or memberships, and then come back to this class on the schedule to save your spot :) (p.s. our memberships also include other perks like guest passes & free entry to our practice labs!)
