Strength & Stretch is a gentle fusion of pilates & yoga. This class is very beginner friendly, and is mat based, so you will not need to get up & down from the floor in this class. Join us to:

- improve your posture & alignment
- learn how to move with your breath
- get stronger in your core 
- and so much more!

Please plan to take the class barefoot or in socks. Bring your own yoga mat!
