Join our yoga class for adults of all fitness levels. This is a slow flow style class that will gently help you:
- move better, with decreased pain & stiffness
- increase your range of motion
- improve your balance & posture
- help you destress from daily life
- and so much more!
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a water bottle!
Please note that if you sign up for this class as-is and cannot make it to class, you forfeit the class credit, even if you early cancel.
If you would prefer a more flexible payment option, including the opportunity to take classes in other styles or make up a class, purchase one of our punchcards or memberships, and then come back to this class on the schedule to save your spot :) (p.s. our memberships also include other perks like guest passes & free entry to our community yoga classes!)
