Join our yoga class for adults of all fitness levels. This is a slow flow style class that will gently help you:
- move better, with decreased pain & stiffness
- increase your range of motion
- improve your balance & posture
- help you destress from daily life
- and so much more!
Our community yoga class is free for members of our studio, and is sliding scale donation-based for members of the community. Pay what you can & come enjoy an hour of zen on your Saturday! :)
